The MAONO PD100W is a dynamic microphone that offers two connection options—wired via USB-C and wireless via 2.4 GHz—so you can easily adapt it to your setup and workflow. With a cardioid polar pattern, 3-level AI noise reduction, a wireless range of up to 50 m, and a battery life of up to 40 hours make it perfect for gaming, streaming, podcasting, online meetings, and content recording. Additionally, the device features adjustable RGB backlighting, convenient controls, and compatibility with the Maono Link app, giving you full control over your audio settings. The set includes an adjustable microphone arm that allows for quick and convenient setup.

Wired and wireless connectivity—complete freedom to work

The MAONO PD100W lets you work exactly the way that suits you best. The microphone supports both a wired USB-C connection and wireless connectivity via the 2.4 GHz band with a range of up to 50 m. You can also switch between modes instantly, without having to reconfigure your setup. The 2.4 GHz connection eliminates tangled cables and provides greater freedom while gaming, streaming, hosting meetings, or recording podcasts—it’s a great way to create a clean, minimalist setup! Additionally, the microphone supports simultaneous connection to two devices. The receiver supports only one-to-one pairing.

Professional sound for every recording

The PD100W is a dynamic microphone with a cardioid polar pattern—it focuses on capturing sound from the front and minimizes sound coming from the sides and rear, reducing reverberation and ambient noise. For best results, use the device at a distance of about 5–15 cm and position it at an angle of approximately 90°. The product also features a frequency response of 50–16,000 Hz and a maximum SPL of 125 dB, and allows you to adjust the gain from 0 to 36 dB. This allows you to tailor its performance to various applications—from streaming and podcasts to video conferences.

Advanced Noise Reduction

The microphone uses a multi-layered noise reduction system known as “5+1+1.” It consists of five hardware filters, a one-button instant mute function, and software-based noise reduction available in the dedicated software. The design includes, among other features, a low-self-noise capsule, vibration damping, a honeycomb-structured metal grille, a thick windscreen, and solutions that improve the attenuation of off-axis sounds.

Three-Level AI Noise Reduction

The built-in AI noise reduction allows you to choose from three levels of operation, making it easy to adapt the microphone to your surroundings. The “Slight” mode reduces noise by approximately -13 dB, “Moderate” by approximately -20 dB, and “Aggressive” by as much as -28 dB. This feature effectively minimizes the sounds of air conditioning, computer fans, keyboards, mice, and other background noise, allowing your audience to focus on your voice.

Customizable RGB Lighting

RGB lighting lets you match the microphone’s appearance to the style of your computer setup. You can choose from 8 colors and 3 lighting effects, and you can also adjust the brightness. Give your gear a unique look!

Convenient operation—take full control

The dedicated Maono Link app lets you conveniently manage the microphone’s key features. With it, you can select presets for various scenarios, adjust AI noise reduction, control the RGB lighting, and check the battery level. This ensures that all the settings you need are always at your fingertips. Additionally, the device’s housing features a 2-in-1 knob that lets you adjust the gain and headphone monitoring volume, among other things. You also have buttons at your disposal to mute the microphone, toggle the RGB backlight, or enable AI noise cancellation.

Up to 40 hours of battery life on a single charge

The built-in 1500 mAh battery provides up to 40 hours of battery life with the RGB backlight turned off, or about 25 hours when it’s on. This makes the microphone ideal for long live streams, recording podcast episodes, or extended gaming sessions. Charging is done via the USB-C port, and you can monitor the battery level in the Maono Link app.

Real-Time Monitoring and Useful Connectors

The PD100W is equipped with a USB-C port for audio transmission and charging, as well as a 3.5 mm TRS headphone output that allows you to monitor the audio. This allows you to monitor the recorded audio in real time and conveniently adjust it to your preferences.

Flexible Mounting and Wide Compatibility

The included microphone arm lets you conveniently position the microphone exactly where you need it. Vertical and horizontal adjustment makes it easy to adapt its position to your workspace, and the mounting clamp is designed for tabletops up to about 5 cm thick. The device also stands out for its wide compatibility—in wireless mode, it works with PCs, laptops, and smartphones, and you can easily connect it to a PlayStation 4 or PlayStation 5 console using a cable. The microphone is not compatible with Xbox consoles.
