Uni-T UT372 Non-Contact Tachometer

The Uni-T UT372 non-contact tachometer is a precision tool for measuring rotational speed in the range of 10 to 99,999 RPM. It uses a laser and reflective tape, allowing measurements to be taken without interfering with the equipment in operation. It offers high accuracy tailored to the measurement range—±0.03% for 10–99 RPM and ±(0.04% + 2) for higher ranges—allowing for reliable results at both slow and high speeds. A clear 5-digit LCD display with dual readout and a counting function up to 99,999 make the device well-suited for diagnosing motors, fans, and other rotating components.

Precision tailored to the operating range

The use of different accuracy levels depending on the measurement range translates to stable and realistic results in practice. At lower speeds, the device offers very high precision, while at higher speeds it maintains an optimal balance between accuracy and reading speed. MAX/MIN/AVG modes allow for analysis of changes over time, and the adjustable sampling time lets you tailor the measurement method to a specific application.
