4.1. Placing Orders

The customer:

selects the products;

selects a delivery and payment method;
confirms the order.

After placing the order, the customer receives confirmation by email.

5. Delivery Policy

REVTRONIC.EU provides delivery in Latvia, the Baltic States and Europe.

REVTRONIC.EU transport.

Delivery times depend on:

product availability;
partner warehouses;
logistics capacity;
the delivery address;
the type of product.

Average delivery times:

Latvia: 1–10 business days;
the Baltic States: 2–15 business days;
Europe: 3–20 business days.

Delivery times may be longer for certain products.

The delivery method, fee and estimated delivery time applicable to the particular order are stated during checkout or in the order confirmation. Unless another time limit has been agreed, the goods will be delivered to the consumer within the time limit prescribed by law.

6. Returns Policy

6.1. Right of Withdrawal

Individual consumers have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days from the date on which the goods are received, in accordance with the laws and regulations of the Republic of Latvia.

In addition, REVTRONIC.EU may offer an extended return period of up to 30 days in certain cases.

6.2. Return Conditions

The product being returned:

must be undamaged;
must be complete, with all components included;
should, where possible, be in its original packaging, especially where this is necessary for the safe transportation of the product;
must not show significant signs of use beyond the handling necessary to establish the product’s nature, characteristics and functioning.

If the consumer exercises the right of withdrawal, they are liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.

The customer bears the cost of returning the product, except where:

the product is damaged;
the wrong product was received;
a manufacturing defect has been identified.

6.3. Exceptions

Products cannot be returned if they are:

made to order;
personalised orders;
sealed software or another sealed digital recording where the seal has been broken after delivery;
goods for which the right of withdrawal is restricted by law.

Exceptions to the right of withdrawal apply only in the cases prescribed by law and do not restrict the consumer’s rights in relation to goods that do not conform to the contract.

6.4. Withdrawal and Return Procedure

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the consumer must send REVTRONIC.EU an unequivocal notice of their decision to withdraw from the contract within the 14-day period, using the withdrawal form available on the website or by writing to uldis@revart.lv. The consumer is advised to include the order number, the product and their contact information in the notice.

The product must be sent or delivered to SIA “REVART” at a return address agreed in advance, without undue delay and no later than 14 days after the notice of withdrawal was sent. The consumer is advised to retain proof of dispatch.

6.5. Refunds

When the right of withdrawal is exercised, REVTRONIC.EU will refund the payments received from the consumer, including the cost of the least expensive standard delivery method offered, without undue delay and no later than 14 days after receiving the notice of withdrawal. Additional costs arising from a more expensive delivery method selected by the consumer are not refunded.

The refund is made using the same means of payment as used for the original transaction, unless the consumer has expressly agreed to another method of refund that does not incur any fees. REVTRONIC.EU may withhold the refund until it has received the goods or until the consumer provides proof that the goods have been sent back, whichever occurs first.

6.6. Damaged, Incorrect or Non-Conforming Products

If a damaged, incorrect or non-conforming product is received, please contact REVTRONIC.EU as soon as possible, stating the order number and describing the problem and, where possible, attaching photographs. Providing such notice does not restrict the consumer’s rights or time limits prescribed by law. Where a lack of conformity is substantiated, a remedy and the necessary associated costs will be provided in accordance with applicable law.

7. Warranty and Service

Warranty service is provided by REVTRONIC.EU or authorised partners.

The warranty does not cover:

mechanical damage;
liquid damage;
improper use;
normal wear and tear;
unauthorised repairs.

Any commercial guarantee offered by the manufacturer or seller supplements, but does not replace or restrict, the consumer’s statutory right to seek a remedy where goods do not conform to the contract.

8. Intellectual Property

All information on the website, including:

design;
logos;
product descriptions;
images;
texts;
graphic elements;

is protected under the laws and regulations of the Republic of Latvia and the European Union.

Without written permission, the following are prohibited:

copying;
reproduction;
republication;
commercial use.

9. Limitations of Liability

REVTRONIC.EU is not liable for:

delivery delays caused by third parties;
technical errors;
disruptions to the operations of partners;
inaccurate information provided by the customer;
force majeure events.

These limitations of liability apply only to the extent permitted by applicable law and do not restrict the consumer’s mandatory rights.

10. Dispute Resolution

All disputes will be resolved:

through mutual negotiation;
in accordance with the laws and regulations of the Republic of Latvia.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through mutual negotiation, the consumer has the right to apply to:

the Consumer Rights Protection Centre;
the Consumer Dispute Resolution Commission or another competent out-of-court dispute resolution body;
a court, in accordance with the procedure prescribed by law.

11. Distance Contract

When an order is placed in the REVTRONIC.EU online store, a distance contract is concluded between the Buyer and SIA “REVART”.

The Seller undertakes to:

deliver the ordered goods;
process the order;
comply with the laws and regulations of the Republic of Latvia.

The Buyer undertakes to:

provide accurate information;
make payment on time;
comply with these Terms.

The rights of withdrawal, warranty and dispute resolution provided for consumers apply to persons who purchase goods for purposes outside their trade, business or profession.
