The treadmill features incline settings at 1%, 6%, and 12%, allowing you to increase the intensity of your workouts. Training on an incline can burn up to 50% more calories—at 1% that’s about 120 kcal/h, at 6% it’s 220 kcal/h, and at 12% it’s as much as 340 kcal/h. This allows you to work more effectively on your fitness, endurance, and fat loss without leaving home.

User customization and running comfort
