The SmallRig 3027 Dual Handle is designed for the DJI RS 2, RSC 2, RS 3, RS 3 Pro, RS 4, RS 4 Pro, and RS 5. The design allows you to comfortably hold the gimbal with both hands, which helps reduce arm fatigue during longer shoots and makes it easier to control the entire setup. The handle is equipped with two NATO rails, cold shoe mounts, and 1/4"-20 and ARRI 3/8"-16 threads, which allow you to expand your setup with additional film accessories.

Adjusting the Handle Position

Both handles can be adjusted horizontally, making it easier to adjust their spacing to suit your workflow and equipment setup. This allows you to find a more comfortable hand position and maintain greater freedom of movement while operating the stabilizer. The design also allows you to use the gimbal in an inverted position, which is useful, among other things, when shooting low-angle shots close to the ground.

Quick setup thanks to NATO rails

The SmallRig 3027 uses two NATO rails that allow you to quickly mount and remove handles without having to spend time disassembling the entire setup. This solution makes it easier to set up your equipment for use and to pack it away for transport. The built-in safety mechanism prevents accidental sliding, reducing the risk of the accessory detaching unexpectedly during recording.

Ability to Mount Additional Accessories

Built-in 1/4"-20 and ARRI 3/8"-16 threaded holes allow for the installation of articulated arms and other camera operator equipment. Cold shoe mounts, on the other hand, allow for the installation of microphones, wireless audio receivers, or dedicated monitor mounts. Thanks to several types of mounting points, you can more conveniently position the necessary accessories and adapt the setup to the nature of the shots you’re shooting.

Aluminum construction and convenient storage

The mount is made of aluminum alloy and silicone, ensuring a durable construction suitable for regular use with film equipment. The matte finish is stylistically matched to the design of DJI gimbals, creating a cohesive set. The SmallRig 3027 can be disassembled into four parts, making it easy to store and transport along with the rest of your gear.
