SMALLRIG CPL 67mm Filter

The SMALLRIG CPL 67mm Filter 4582 is designed to reduce light reflections on the surface of water, glass, and other stationary objects. It is made of German optical glass with a multi-layer coating that ensures high transparency and preserves image quality and detail. The magnetic mounting system allows for quick attachment and replacement of the filter, and the included threaded ring enables use with both compatible SmallRig smartphone cages and 67 mm threaded camera lenses.

Reduction of Light Reflections

Properly adjusting the angle of the CPL filter reduces the visibility of reflections on glass, water, and other light-reflecting surfaces. Reducing such reflections can naturally affect color saturation and image clarity, which is a result of how polarizing filters work. The multi-coated optical glass used ensures high light transmission and helps preserve the details of the captured image.

Magnetic Mounting System

The filter is equipped with a magnetic mounting system that allows you to quickly attach it or swap it out for another compatible accessory. This model is compatible with SmallRig mobile camera cages that support a 67 mm magnetic adapter, including select cages for the iPhone 15 series, Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra, and Vivo X100. The included threaded adapter ring also allows the filter to be mounted on camera lenses with a 67 mm thread.

Lightweight and compact design

The filter has a diameter of 70 mm, a thickness of 5 mm, and weighs approximately 16 g, making it a compact addition to any photography or mobile setup. Its construction from glass and aluminum alloy combines the optical element with a lightweight frame. The filter’s design minimizes vignetting, though the manufacturer notes that its complete elimination cannot be guaranteed under all shooting conditions or with every camera setting.
