SMALLRIG RM 03 Macro LED Light Set (2-Pack)

SMALLRIG RM 03 Macro LED Light Set (2-Pack)

The SMALLRIG RM 03 Macro 5796 is a set of two compact LED lights designed primarily for macro photography and illuminating small objects. The lights use five LEDs of different colors—red, green, blue, cool white, and warm white—which allow you to both illuminate the subject and achieve more creative color effects. The adjustable design with a durable metal spring, IP54-rated protection, a runtime of up to 140 minutes, and a comprehensive set of accessories make this lighting system convenient for use both in the studio and on location.

Precise Light Positioning and Shaping

Flexible arms with a built-in metal spring allow for quick changes in the direction of the light, so you can direct the light directly at a specific detail without having to frequently rearrange the entire setup. The included diffusers help soften the light, while the four-leaf barn doors allow you to limit its spread and better control the illuminated area. The set also includes spotlight-style focusing caps and effect slides, which allow you to expand the kit’s capabilities when capturing creative shots.

Flexible Mounting Options

The SMALLRIG RM 03 kit offers several mounting options, making it easy to adjust the lights’ positioning to suit the subject and the shooting location. The kit includes cold shoe mounts, a durable clamp, ground stakes, and a cold shoe extension, so the lights can be arranged in various ways both at a photo studio and during outdoor shoots. The aluminum alloy construction and IP54 rating enhance the equipment’s resistance to dust, splashes, and changing conditions when working outdoors.

Mobile operation without a constant power source

The SMALLRIG RM 03 can operate for up to 140 minutes, allowing you to use the lighting even in locations without constant access to an electrical outlet. The kit is powered by rechargeable batteries with specifications of 3.7 V / 2000 mAh / 7.4 Wh, and charging is done using the included USB-C cables. The included bag makes it easy to store and transport the lights along with their accessories, so you can keep everything you need to set up a small macro photography setup in one place.
