The SMALLRIG 5448 is a lightweight, contoured L-shaped handle designed for the FUJIFILM X-E5 camera, which improves comfort and a secure grip while shooting. The ergonomic grip is coated with non-slip silicone, and its texture and color are matched to the camera body, ensuring a cohesive look. The mount weighs only about 64 g, does not restrict access to the battery compartment, focus ring, memory card slot, speaker openings, or Bluetooth controls, and the included shutter release button provides a more tactile feel when pressed.

Quick Installation and Wide Compatibility

The base of the SMALLRIG 5448 mount features an integrated Arca-Swiss quick-release plate, so the camera can be quickly mounted on a compatible tripod or other base without the need for an additional plate. The bottom also features 1/4"-20 threaded holes, which expand your options for attaching accessories and allow you to adapt the setup to different shooting styles. The mount attaches to the camera using a 1/4"-20 screw, and the built-in flat wrench makes it easy to tighten and remove the mount without the need for additional tools.

Camera Protection and Custom-Fit Design

The parts that come into contact with the camera are equipped with silicone pads that help protect the camera body from scratches during installation and everyday use. The aluminum and silicone construction measures 127.1 × 61.2 × 49.7 mm, making it compact and ensuring it does not significantly increase the camera’s overall size.
