SMALLRIG 3016 V-Mount 15mm Battery Plate

The SMALLRIG 3016 is a V-Mount battery plate designed to mount most popular V-Mount batteries in camera rigs. The set includes a dual clamp for 15 mm rods, allowing the plate to be easily mounted in a 15 mm LWS system and adjusted to fit the rig’s configuration. The design is compatible with the Blackmagic URSA Mini camera, among others, and numerous mounting holes allow for the attachment of additional accessories. The plate serves solely as a battery mount and does not have its own power ports.

Secure V-Mount Battery Mount

The standard V-Mount allows the plate to be used with most V-Mount batteries, enabling it to become part of an expanded power system for the camera and additional equipment. Two special stops help prevent the mounted battery from rotating during operation or when the rig is repositioned. This solution increases the stability of the entire setup, especially when filming with larger rigs. Please note that the plate is not compatible with PAGlink V-Mount batteries or the Patona Premium BP-190WS battery.

Flexible mounting on 15 mm rods

The included dual 15 mm clamp allows the plate to be mounted on standard LWS system rods in various configurations. This enables you to position the battery in a convenient spot, depending on the camera rig’s design and the number of accessories used. The plate itself features 1/4"-20, M3, M4, and ARRI 3/8"-16 holes and threads, so you can attach clamps, magic arms, and other equipment to it. The extensive set of mounting points also makes it easy to modify the rig’s configuration later on.

Aluminum Construction and Compact Dimensions

The plate is made of aluminum alloy, which ensures a rigid structure while keeping the weight relatively low at approximately 190 g. Its dimensions are 132.5 × 108 × 17 mm, so it doesn’t take up much space in the setup and can be conveniently used even in more compact configurations. In addition to the plate, the set includes a double clamp for 15 mm rods, Allen wrenches, and a set of screws needed for assembly.
