ELEGOO H1 HT Filament Dryer

The ELEGOO H1 HT helps properly prepare filament before printing and keep it in good condition during operation, offering a drying temperature of up to 85°C. As a result, it works well with both popular materials, such as PLA and PETG, and filaments that require higher temperatures, including PA and PC. Automatic spool rotation ensures even drying, while active moisture extraction helps prevent the material from reabsorbing moisture. Operation is made easy by a 3.5-inch touchscreen with 11 preset modes, while a separate filament outlet allows for convenient use of TPU and fiber-reinforced materials as well. The device is complemented by a comprehensive set of safety features and broad compatibility with FDM 3D printers, without the need to rely on a single manufacturer’s closed ecosystem.

Drying at temperatures up to 85°C

The ELEGOO H1 HT’s capabilities allow you to work with many more types of materials than just the most popular filaments used in everyday 3D printing. A maximum drying temperature of 85°C allows you to work with PLA and PETG, as well as thermally demanding materials such as PA or PC. As a result, a single dryer can be used for both simple projects and more advanced prints using engineering filaments.

Uniform conditions across the entire spool

During drying, the spool rotates automatically, ensuring that each section of the filament is evenly exposed to heat. This solution promotes a more consistent process and minimizes situations where part of the material remains less well-prepared than the rest. The H1 HT also actively manages humidity inside the chamber—during operation, it automatically vents moist air and then seals the interior, helping to maintain dry conditions for the filament.

Ready for demanding filaments as well

The design has been adapted not only for standard materials but also for filaments that may pose greater challenges when fed into the printer. A dedicated bypass outlet allows for the feeding of, among other things, flexible TPU and fiber-reinforced filaments. This allows the material to be conveniently fed out of the dryer even when its properties make it difficult to use the standard feed path, which increases flexibility when working with various projects and filament types.

Control Without Unnecessary Complications

You can conveniently control the drying parameters using a 3.5-inch touchscreen, which also provides a preview of the current operating status. You have 11 preset modes at your disposal, allowing you to quickly adjust the settings to the material you’re using without having to configure the process from scratch each time. The intuitive controls make it easy to both prepare the filament before printing and monitor the drying process while the printer is running.

Safe Operation and Broad Compatibility

The ELEGOO H1 HT incorporates several features designed to monitor the device’s status and enhance safety during the drying process. The system includes overheating protection, a flame-retardant inner housing, detection of lid opening and fan malfunction, and can also trigger an audible alarm if a fault is detected. Moreover, the dryer does not require a closed ecosystem of devices from a single brand—it works with nearly all 3D printers using FDM technology, allowing you to easily integrate it into your existing printing setup.
