The BESEN BN21 portable charger is a mobile solution designed for charging electric cars and plug-in hybrids. The device operates within a voltage range of 100–250 V AC, offers adjustable charging current from 6 A to 16 A, and delivers power up to 3.6 kW. It is equipped with a 2.6-inch color LCD display that shows the most important charging parameters. The BN21 model allows you to set a delayed start and charging time, and thanks to its IP66 rating, it can be used both indoors and outdoors. A built-in smart processor monitors the device’s operation and automatically corrects minor errors that occur during charging, ensuring the stability of the entire process.

Adjustable Charging Current

The charger allows you to adjust the current to match the capacity of the electrical installation and the user’s needs. The adjustment range from 6 A to 16 A ensures the device can operate under various power supply conditions. Additionally, to ensure the safety of both the electrical system and the user, charging starts at 6 A by default.

Easy-to-read LCD display

The 2.6-inch color screen allows you to monitor key charging parameters in real time. You can quickly check, among other things, the current, voltage, charging time, energy consumed, and the device’s operating status without needing to use additional apps.

Charging Tailored to Your Schedule

The delayed start function allows you to schedule the start of charging for a specific time. This is a convenient solution for those who use off-peak rates or want to have their car ready for a trip at a specific time. Additionally, the ability to set the charging time provides greater control over the charging process.

Comprehensive safety features

The BESEN BN21 is equipped with a range of protective systems that safeguard both the vehicle and the electrical system. The device protects against undervoltage, overload, short circuits, overheating, ground faults, and the effects of lightning strikes. The included Type A residual current device (RCD) with 6 mA DC detection further enhances safety during charging.

Durable design for everyday use

The robust housing is designed for use in demanding conditions. The IP66 rating protects the device from dust and water jets, allowing it to be used outdoors regardless of the weather. The design is also resistant to mechanical damage, including accidental being run over by car tires. Despite its robust construction, the charger remains compact and easy to handle. The control module measures just 6.7 × 5.2 × 19.6 cm and weighs 1.75 kg. This makes it easy to carry in the trunk and keep on hand while traveling.

Convenient Power from a Household Outlet

The charger is available in versions equipped with Type 1, Type 2, and GB/T connectors, allowing it to work with many electric car models on the market. The charger can be equipped with various types of power plugs. In the version intended for the Polish market, the most commonly used plug is the standard Schuko plug, which is compatible with traditional electrical outlets.
