The Ancel L300 is a dual-function leak detector that combines Air and Smoke modes in one compact unit. The unit supports testing of intake, fuel, EVAP, EGR, exhaust, cooling, crankcase, turbocharger, and cabin leakage systems. With a digital pressure gauge, built-in air pump and temperature protection, it allows quick and safe diagnostics for a wide range of applications.

2 operating modes

The device is equipped with independent switches to activate Air and Smoke modes, allowing you to adapt the diagnostic method to the system under test without rebuilding connections or configurations. Separate control of the pump and generator facilitates precise testing.

Powerful smoke generator

The built-in system generates smoke in the range of 6-8 l/min, allowing you to quickly fill the system and make leak points visible. The test can be started with just 20 ml of test oil poured in. The smoke is dense and stable, making it easy to observe even in case of micro-leaks.

Digital pressure indicator

A digital pressure gauge with changeable units (PSI, Bar, kPa, kg/cm²) is located on the front of the case. The precise readout makes it easy to monitor the performance and allows you to clearly assess pressure drops during the test, which indicates the presence of a leak.

Adjustable smoke flow

The Ancel L300 diagnostic leak detector has an integrated flow meter with an adjustment knob. You can precisely adjust the flow rate to the characteristics of the system under test. A constant flow indicates a leak, while a decrease in flow indicates the size of the leak.

Protection against overheating and freezing

A built-in protection system protects the device from damage. Overheat Protection shuts down the device at 75°C, and Anti-frost Protection allows operation even at -20°C. Thanks to the built-in air pump, the device does not require an external compressor.

Easy fluid control

The oil level indicator on the side of the housing allows you to check at any time whether there is enough liquid in the chamber. This makes it easier to prepare the device for operation and prevents damage due to lack of test oil.
