SMALLRIG VB99 Pro Mini V-Mount Battery

The SmallRig VB99 Pro mini V-Mount Battery 4292 is a compact battery with a capacity of 98.872 Wh and a rated power of 100 W, designed to power cameras, monitors, LED lights, video transmitters, phones, tablets, and laptops. Thanks to its highly integrated design, it is about 70% the size of a standard V-Mount battery, so it takes up less space in your bag and doesn’t unnecessarily weigh down your film rig. It features two USB-C ports, a USB-A port, a D-Tap connector, 8V and 12V outputs, and a BP connector, allowing you to connect various devices without needing multiple adapters. The battery also supports bidirectional USB-C PD fast charging with up to 100 W, and a full charge takes about 2.5 hours.

Fast Charging and Multiple Connection Options

The USB-C1 port can be used both to charge the battery and to power devices with up to 100 W, while the USB-C2 port offers an output of up to 100 W. Support for PD 3.0, QC 2.0, QC 3.0, and PPS standards enhances compatibility with modern chargers, laptops, and mobile devices. The independent circuit design also allows you to use fast charging via both USB-C and USB-A simultaneously, which is useful when working with multiple devices.

LG Cells and Intelligent BMS

The battery uses imported, high-capacity LG cells, which are known for their safe and stable performance during repeated charging cycles. An intelligent BMS system monitors the battery’s parameters, providing protection against overcurrent, short circuits, overheating, and overvoltage, among other things. The system also utilizes a 16-bit ADC and an energy measurement algorithm, while the color TFT screen allows you to monitor the battery’s status in real time.

Durable and Portable Design

The SmallRig VB99 Pro mini’s housing is made of aluminum alloy and flame-retardant PC plastic, making the battery suitable for frequent use and transport. The front is protected by scratch-resistant PC and acrylic components that safeguard the device’s surface and screen. With dimensions of 107.2 × 73.2 × 55.2 mm, this model is significantly more compact than typical V-Mount batteries, while still offering a wide range of connectors.
