SMALLRIG X99 Power Bank

The SmallRig X99 is a 99 Wh V-Mount battery equipped with LG cells, a 2.0" color touchscreen, mobile app control, and a comprehensive set of connectors for powering multiple devices simultaneously. It offers two USB-C ports with Power Delivery 3.0 delivering up to 100 W, two D-Tap connectors, a BP port, a USB-A port, and two DC outputs, allowing it to work with cameras, camcorders, monitors, LED lights, video transmitters, smartphones, tablets, and laptops, among other devices. The reinforced design can withstand drops from heights of up to 1.5 m, and the IP54 rating enhances the battery’s resistance to dust and splashes during field use.

Touchscreen and App Control

The built-in 2.0" touchscreen allows you to quickly check operating parameters and conveniently manage the battery. The color HD panel features a matte finish that reduces glare, ensuring the displayed information remains clearly visible even in bright light. Additionally, the mobile app allows you to remotely monitor the charge level, control ports, locate the battery, and perform system updates, making it easier to manage power while working on set.

Multiple Ports and 100 W Fast Charging

The SmallRig X99 can serve as a comprehensive power hub for photography and film equipment as well as mobile devices. It features two USB-C ports delivering up to 100 W, a USB-A port with up to 30 W, two D-Tap connectors, a BP port, and 8 V and 12 V DC outputs, while independent circuits allow for simultaneous power delivery to multiple compatible devices. Support for the PD 3.0 standard allows for rapid charging of connected devices, and the battery itself can be fully charged in about 2 hours under the right conditions.

Rugged design for field use

The housing is made of flame-retardant PC and ABS plastics and an aluminum alloy, and the corners and edges are additionally protected against impacts. Resistance to drops from heights of up to 1.5 m and an IP54 rating help protect the battery from dust and splashes, which is important when working outside the studio. The discharge temperature range of -15°C to 60°C allows the battery to be used even during shoots in varying weather conditions.

LG Cells and Stable Power Supply

The SmallRig X99 features high-quality LG cells that ensure a stable power supply to connected devices. The battery has rated specifications of 14.54 V / 6,800 mAh / 99 Wh, while the total capacity of the cells used is 27,200 mAh. The BMS system monitors the charging and discharging process, and additional 1/4" and 3/8" threads expand the battery’s mounting options in complex photo and video setups.
